I believe that a good education is possible for everybody, especially in case of people with talent but poor. In our country we are debating by this topic, the educational reform tries to eliminate the systems of admission against that they discriminate by socioeconomic situation, but there are many detractors. This is not favorable for the system of rich people.
The educational integration is not good for the elite, because they make the difference with their money.
